Athlete Safety

Safe To
Speak Up

The well-being and safety of our athletes is our highest priority: in the gym, at competitions, on the road, and online. If something doesn't feel right, we want to know. Every report is confidential, read by the people responsible for acting on it, and taken seriously.

Worried a child is being abused?

Report it to Maryland CPS or the police. In Maryland that's every adult's legal duty. Telling us too is welcome, but it doesn't replace that report.

Our Commitment

Every Report Matters

01

Confidential

Your report is seen only by the few people responsible for responding. It is never shared with teams, other families, or the person it's about. We will share it with the authorities when the law or our USASF obligations require it.

02

Taken Seriously

Every report is read by our designated safeguarding lead and our owner, and handled with care, fairness, and urgency.

03

No Retaliation

No athlete, family, or staff member will face retaliation for raising a concern in good faith, including in team placement.

04

Details Help
