Bring POWER
To Your City
POWER Athletics is growing a network of nationally-recognized All-Star gyms — and every location starts with one owner who decided their community deserved a championship program. This page is the whole journey: what you get, how it works, and how to start the conversation.
Built In A Gym, Not A Binder
A Proven Model
Eight seasons, 275+ athletes, and 17+ competitive teams strong at HQ — systems refined in a real gym, not a binder.
A Brand Athletes Want
The #POWER identity travels — nationally recognized teams, unmistakable gear, and a culture kids are proud to rep.
More Than One Engine
All-Star cheer plus TFG classes, clinics, events, facility rental, and retail — multiple revenue streams under one roof.
Everything Behind The Brand
A POWER license isn't a logo on the door. It's the operating system of our flagship gym, handed to you with the team that built it.
Brand & Identity
The complete POWER brand package — marks, uniforms, gear line, and a launch campaign for your market.
Coaching Systems
Level-by-level curriculum from Exhibition to Worlds, evaluation frameworks, and access to our choreography network.
Operations Playbook
Pricing, registration, staffing, scheduling, and safety standards — the day-to-day systems that run HQ.
Launch Support
Site selection help, facility layout and flooring specs, equipment sourcing, and a grand-opening plan.
Marketing Engine
Social templates, local recruiting playbooks, and the reach of the #POWER brand behind every post.
Ongoing Partnership
Owner calls, HQ training visits, and network buying power on floors, equipment, and apparel.

Your City?
Asked Often
Anything else on your mind, put it in the inquiry form — or email info@powerathleticsmd.com.
Do I need cheer or All-Star experience?
Not necessarily. Great locations pair strong operators with great coaches — some of our best conversations start with business owners who love the sport. If you bring the leadership, we help you build the coaching bench.
What kind of facility do I need?
A space that supports full spring floors and tumbling training. HQ runs 30,000 sq ft, but licensed gyms are sized to their market. During discovery we spec exactly what your territory needs — and help you find it.
What does it cost to open?
It depends on your market, facility, and buildout — so we don't publish one number. We walk through the complete financial picture, line by line, during the discovery phase.
How long until I can open?
Most owners move from first call to open doors within several months, and many target a summer opening so their first season starts at full speed. Facility readiness is usually the deciding factor.
Is my market available?
Licensed territories are protected, so it depends on where you are. Submit an inquiry with your target city and we'll tell you straight away.
